The real estate industry in Ashland grew exponentially through 2006. As with other communities, Ashland was impacted by the economic decline of the late 2000s but the dedicated real estate agents showed resiliency and Ashland has seen an uptick in the industry since 2012. This industry also represents a number of real estate support services and property management firms.
